The development project is jointly invested by China Resources Land, Macau Xinfenghong Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. and China Resources Trust of nearly 50 billion yuan to build its first international commercial complex-Vientiane World in Hengqin Free Trade Zone. The construction area is over 2 million square meters, and construction started in September 2016. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that it will create about 50,000 jobs in Zhuhai, bring about 1 billion yuan in tax revenue and about 2 billion yuan in annual after-tax income within the radiation range, and further promote economic growth in the Pearl River Delta.

"
